This year we have an exciting new program filled with expert presentations from around the world. The conference will highlight the complex forces at work in today's fast changing beef industry. On October 2, 2007 the International Livestock Congress will give you an overview of: international economics and where Canada is perceived to be in the world market; today's consumer trends; production and retails issues and the challenges they face and finally insight into other industries and how they adapted to changing global realities. This conference is sure to give participants an unmatched single-day perspective on the industry today and tomorrow.
